These Terms & Conditions apply to the website and services of DFY - Done For You (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By submitting an inquiry, communicating with us, or purchasing any service from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- About Our Services
DFY - Done For You provides digital and creative services, including but not limited to branding, logo design, website design, Shopify store setup, social media packages, content creation and digital strategy.
All services are provided on an individual, project-based basis. Submitting an inquiry through our website does not create a binding contract or payment obligation.
- Inquiry Process
Our website allows customers to submit non-binding inquiries. After receiving your inquiry, we will review your request and may contact you to discuss your project, timeline, requirements and pricing.
A project only becomes confirmed once both parties agree on the scope of work, price, timeline and payment terms in writing.
- Payments
Payments are not processed directly through the website. Once a project is confirmed, payment will be arranged separately via invoice, payment link, bank transfer or another agreed payment method.
Work may only begin after the required payment or deposit has been received, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Prices
Prices displayed on the website are starting prices or package prices and may vary depending on project requirements, complexity, timeline and additional requests.
We reserve the right to provide a custom quotation after reviewing the customer’s inquiry.
- Project Scope
Each service includes only the deliverables clearly listed in the agreed package, quotation or written confirmation.
Any additional work, changes, revisions or services outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.
- Revisions
Revisions are included only as stated in the selected package or agreed quotation.
Revisions must relate to the original project scope. A revision does not include a completely new concept, new direction, additional service or major change outside the original agreement.
- Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing all necessary information, materials, brand assets, login details, product information, images, text, approvals and feedback required to complete the project.
Delays in providing required materials or feedback may delay the project timeline.
- Delivery Timelines
Any delivery timeline provided is an estimate unless expressly confirmed as fixed in writing.
We are not responsible for delays caused by late client feedback, missing information, third-party platforms, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control.
- Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the custom and digital nature of our services, payments and deposits are generally non-refundable once work has started.
If a client cancels a project after work has begun, DFY may retain payment for work already completed, time spent, planning, research, design, communication and reserved project capacity.
Refunds, if applicable, are handled on a case-by-case basis and at our discretion, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
- Digital Services
Our services are custom digital services and are not physical products. No shipping applies.
Final files, assets, websites, designs or other deliverables will be provided digitally or through the relevant online platform.
- Ownership & Usage Rights
Ownership of final approved deliverables transfers to the client only after full payment has been received.
Until full payment is received, all concepts, designs, drafts, strategies, files and materials remain the property of DFY - Done For You.
We may use completed work for portfolio, marketing and promotional purposes unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Third-Party Platforms
Some services may involve third-party platforms such as Shopify, Instagram, Meta, Canva, Google, payment processors or hosting providers.
We are not responsible for changes, downtime, account restrictions, policy changes, technical issues, fees or decisions made by third-party platforms.
- No Guaranteed Results
We always aim to deliver high-quality work and support business growth. However, we do not guarantee specific financial results, sales, followers, engagement, rankings, leads, revenue or business outcomes.
Results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, advertising budget, client offer, audience, consistency and third-party platform algorithms.
- Content & Materials Provided by Client
The client confirms that they have the rights to use any images, videos, text, logos, music, products, trademarks or other materials provided to DFY.
The client is responsible for ensuring that their content does not infringe the rights of any third party.
- Confidentiality
We will treat private project information, business details and login information confidentially and use it only for the purpose of providing our services.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DFY - Done For You shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, business interruption or platform-related issues.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
- Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If no resolution is reached, disputes may be referred to the competent courts or authorities in the United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
