Refund & Cancellation Policies

DFY - Done For You provides custom digital and creative services. Because each project is created specifically for the client, our refund and cancellation terms are as follows:

Non-Binding Inquiry
Submitting an inquiry through our website is free and non-binding. No payment is required at the inquiry stage.

Project Confirmation
A project is only confirmed once the client agrees to the scope, price, timeline and payment terms in writing.

Deposits
Deposits are used to reserve project time, begin planning, research, strategy, design and communication.
Once work has started, deposits are generally non-refundable.

Cancellations
If the client cancels the project after work has started, DFY - Done For You may retain payment for all work already completed, including planning, research, design drafts, strategy, communication and reserved project capacity.

Refunds
Refunds are not guaranteed for custom digital services once work has started.
Any refund request will be reviewed individually and may depend on the stage of the project, work completed and costs already incurred.

No Refunds After Delivery
Once final files, designs, websites, content, strategy documents or other deliverables have been delivered, payments are non-refundable.

Delayed Client Feedback
If a project is delayed because the client does not provide required content, feedback, approvals or access, this does not qualify for a refund.

Third-Party Fees
Any fees paid to third-party platforms, apps, domains, hosting providers, Shopify, advertising platforms or payment processors are non-refundable and remain the clientโs responsibility.
